Handmade nature: All of our products are made by hand in small batches. Minor variations in color, texture, and scent between batches are normal and are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods — not a defect.
Product descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, sizes, and scents. However, colors may appear slightly different on different screens.
Ingredient transparency: Full ingredient lists are provided on every product listing. It is your responsibility to review ingredients before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Shelf life: Our products do not contain preservatives designed for extended shelf life. Most products last 12–18 months when stored correctly. See storage instructions on each product listing.

Placing an order: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation if a product becomes unavailable.
Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Processing time: Because everything is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
Shipping time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Free shipping: Orders of $180 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment.
Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing your order.
International shipping: At this time we primarily ship within the United States. International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before placing an international order.
Our commitment: Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is wrong with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Condition: Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for resale. Unopened items in original condition may be returned.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable situations: We do not offer refunds for orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided, for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for products that have been opened and used.
